Gym Helper

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and PE Popovych Denys (Ukraine), who runs Gym Helper: the Telegram bot @gym_analyst_bot, this site and the Gym Helper iOS app. When you accept in the bot, on the site or in the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The iOS app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

  1. 1. Who can use Gym Helper

    • People 16 and older. You sign in with Telegram, Apple or Google; groups and coaching work through Telegram, in groups registered with the bot.
    • An email on your account is optional. We use it only for confirmation codes and the data download links you ask for, as the Privacy Policy describes.

  2. 2. What it does

    • It reads plans and workouts from your group’s messages, keeps the workouts you log in the app, and shows progress to you and to the people the Privacy Policy describes.
    • An AI model reads the messages and can get them wrong: check your results and correct them.
    • It’s free for now. We may change, add or remove features.

  3. 3. Your content

    • What you write stays yours. You let us store and process it (including with the AI model, as the Privacy Policy describes) and show it to the people it describes, only to run Gym Helper.
    • You’re responsible for what you post.

  4. 4. What isn’t allowed

    • We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, hate or threats; sexual or violent content; spam; posting other people’s personal data without their permission; anything illegal; pretending to be someone else.
    • Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service, or to reach other people’s data.

  5. 5. Reporting and blocking

    • Report a comment, plan, workout or person with Report on the site or in the app, and block someone from their profile.
    • We review reports within 24 hours and remove content, and remove people from the service, when they break these terms.

  6. 6. Coaches and training

    • Coaches are responsible for their plans and advice.
    • Gym Helper isn’t a coach or a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice: check with a doctor when in doubt. You train at your own risk.

  7. 7. Suspension and leaving

    • We may remove content, suspend accounts or take the bot out of groups that break these terms.
    • You can stop using Gym Helper at any time and delete your data (Settings, or /forget in the bot).

  8. 8. No warranty

    • Gym Helper is provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damages, lost data or injuries from training.
    • Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

  9. 9. Changes

    • When these terms change, we update the date at the top, the bot posts a note in your groups, and the site and the app show a notice. Using Gym Helper after that means you agree to the new terms.

  10. 10. Law

    • Ukrainian law applies, without limiting consumer rights where you live.
